Toubana is fully furnished and immaculately maintained. It offers ample indoor and outdoor living space. There is a plunge pool and spectacular views across the resort to the Caribbean Sea.

Enter through the spacious hallway into the large, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen is separated from the living area with a breakfast bar. It has stainless steel appliances and luxurious granite worktops. A door leads from the kitchen into a separate laundry room, which opens onto a walled drying area. On the ground floor there is also a powder room, storage cupboard and spacious guest suite with built-in closets and en-suite shower room.
French doors lead from both the guest suite and the living/dining area on to a covered terrace. This is furnished with large dining table and comfortable seating area.

Summerland Penthouse 206 is a 4 bedroom penthouse. It is located on the second and third (top) floor of the Summerland Villas development with wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. Summerland Penthouse 206 can be accessed via the lift or stairs.

The Summerland Villas development is a private community of apartments and penthouses in Prospect, St. James. Summerland penthouse 206 has fabulous views of the tranquil Caribbean Sea. The white sandy beach at Prospect Bay is only a few steps away . There is direct access from the development.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bathroom includes a shower and Jacuzzi bath. Two of the other three other bathrooms have bath tubs and one has a glass shower.
